Choose Standard for foundations, Morning Momentum and community. Choose Premium if you want the six weekly specialist classes and their replays. VIP includes those benefits plus additional performance and career sessions, quarterly strategy work and eligible experience credits.

Can I catch up if I miss a live session?
Every membership includes Morning Momentum replays. Premium and VIP also include specialist class replays. Live feedback and working slots depend on your plan and availability.
Where do the sessions and community live?
Your membership is managed through Skool. Once you’ve joined, open Start Here and use the community, classroom and calendar to find your resources and current session details.
The Skool calendar is the place to check session times and schedule updates.
Can I try TAM before committing?
Current trial and joining options are shown on Skool. Review the terms displayed there for your chosen plan before joining.
How do VIP experience credits work?
Monthly VIP members unlock their first credits after three consecutive paid months. One Flagship and one Industry Unlocked experience are included in each qualifying VIP year.
You must remain an active VIP member when booking and attending; capacity and event eligibility apply. Other events and private services are booked separately.
What does VIP Spotlight include?
VIP offers opportunities for TAM to showcase your work. Features follow a rotation and depend on consent, suitability and availability; a separate monthly feature is not guaranteed.
What about events and one-to-one coaching?
Your plan determines which classes and selected experiences are included. VIP’s quarterly two-hour career strategy sessions and personal 90-day plan are included, with the experience credit conditions explained above.
Other event tickets and private one-to-one coaching are booked and paid for separately. Individual working and feedback opportunities in classes depend on availability.
How much time should I set aside?
Choose one priority and the classes or replays that support it. You aren’t expected to attend every session. Build a rhythm you can use consistently, and check the current Skool calendar for session times and lengths.
